Delivery

What is your Return policy?

We accept Returns of products only if returned to us at your expense.

Details are provided on a per-order basis but are generally limited to items not delivered as advertised or are damaged prior to buyer acceptance.


To enable us to offer a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition.

Undeliverable Packages

Where orders are marked 'Return to Sender' unclaimed, or refused and returned without sufficient postage, CLC Taiwan must pay the return postage before the Post Office will release the package to us. In that event, you will be responsible for any additional fees levied.



If you choose to have the package re-shipped to a different (or corrected) address, the return postage fees charged by the Post Office, as well as re-shipping fees, must be paid before the package will be shipped.

If you choose to cancel your order upon it being returned to CLC Taiwan, the additional charges will be deducted from your refund -- in addition to the original shipping and handling charges, unless an error was made on the part of CLC Taiwan before a credit is issued.

Do you offer secure checkout?

Ofcourse, all private information like e-mail addresses, credit card numbers, etc. are handled via a secure AES 256 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption connection.

What kind of Payments do you accept?

Currently we can only accept PayPal, Cash, Money Orders, Checks and Bank Transfers as Payments for purchased products.

We are actively working to extend our services to also accept Credit Cards.

Are your prices including or excluding taxes?

All our prices are including 3.8% Taiwan Sales Tax unless specifically stated otherwise.

Purchasing

Do I need to create a Customer Profile to purchase from your store?

No, you do not need to create a Customer Profile although that will make your shopping much easier.

Simply add items to your cart and when you click on checkout, you can select the option to proceed directly to checkout without creating a Profile.
In that case we will only retain your order information for shipping and billing.

No personal information is recorded.

A session is a small data storage where we keep your specific information while you are browsing out website.

Information like your language and currency preferences but also which products you have viewed.

In short, information specifically for you to make your browsing of our website more convenient.

This information is temporary and is automatically deleted after a certain period of inactivity (stop browsing) on your part.
